Hi everyone! I recently graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Environmental Science & Resource Management. I have been involved with the IMBY team since Fall 2014. I love the outdoors, especially when I’m surrounded by snow while skiing in the mountains.

Spokane, Washington where I was born and raised

Finding out peoples’ favorite comedies, then trying to convince them that it should be Zoolander instead

3. Top three biggest adventures?

1.) Skiing at Schweitzer Mt. in Northern Idaho

2.) Backpacking with the family through Europe

3.) Watching the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver

4. What’s the strangest food you’ve tried?

Rocky Mountain oysters

5. Past internship experiences?

I previously worked with the Urban Pollination Project collecting data on our native bumblebees!

6. What is your dream destination?

Middle Earth (New Zealand) and then Iceland

7. Favorite breakfast item?

Hashbrowns at brunch cannot be beat

8. What is your dream job?

Restoring forests in Eastern Washington

9. Favorite memory of your backyard?

My backyard was a Ponderosa pine forest where I had an awesome tree house that I would constantly play in
